Go Far is progressively challenging, monthly program based on developing efficiency in cycling, running, calisthenics, and body-weight based strength exercises that address the overuse injuries and imbalances commonly found in most endurance sports. Weekly volume ranges from 5-8 Hours. Progression is detailed in the form of Heart rate and perceived exertion scale 1-10.
